This is a Mixed Recreational Class for children (Boys and Girls) who are aged 5+ years. This is an independent class (parents are not permitted to stay)
Gymnasts who are 4 years old that attend School can join these classes as well
Gymnasts are separated into group dependant on age and ability.
Gymnasts should wear clothing suitable for physical exercise and remove all jewellery. NO CROP TOPS OR FOOTBALL TOPS ALLOWED Gymnasts should also bring along a bottle of water with them.
Annual Membership of £15 Is required if jointing after trial class
